Henrik has more than 15 years of experience in leading international, multi-cultural teams at Danfoss. He has held leadership positions within sales, procurement, marketing, manufacturing, R&D, business development and general management. He has lived in the USA, Hong Kong, Austria and India.
Since January 2014, he has been globally responsible for the business unit in Danfoss designing,
producing and selling electronic controllers and services to food retail, air conditioning and refrigeration customers around the world.
Heidi Rottbøll Andersen, Founding Partner, Director, Head of Training at
LIVING INSTITUTE, Senior Associate at Gender Intelligence Group.
Heidi Rottbøll Andersen is a frequent keynote speaker, lecturer and media contributor. As an expert on diversity intelligence Heidi primarily works in organizations enhancing cultural intelligence and gender balance.
She worked with communications and corporate identity at Bang & Olufsen and has held prominent positions in private organisations as well as cofounded several cultural institutions.
Heidi studied Strategy, Growth and Great Change Leadership Strategies on Innovation at Wharton Business School and she is a certified LEGO Serious Play Practitioner.
Heidi has conducted training, workshops and talks in companies and organizations like Bayer, Novo Nordisk, Rambøll, Rockwool, SAP, Copenhagen Business School, Symphogen, Danfoss, Grundfoss, Vestas, Nordea, Danske Bank, Danish Ministery of Foreign Affairs etc.
She is a member of LIVING INSTITUTE’s Global Task Force.
Ruchikar Dalela, Country Manager – Denmark, Tata Consultancy Services
Ruchikar Dalela heads the Denmark region for Tata Consultancy Services. He has been based in Europe since 2006, and has previously handled responsibilities in project execution, delivery management, key account & sales management, and general management functions. One of his
focus areas in Denmark is fostering client relationships.
After completing his degree in Electronics engineering in 1998, Ruchikar joined Tata as a technology specialist, and subsequently moved on to do different roles. He authored a white paper in 2004 on applying theory of constraints to manage complex projects. Ruchikar moved to Copenhagen in 2016, and has lived previously in Helsinki, Paris, Amsterdam, Vienna, Cupertino, and Mumbai.
His general areas of interest include Education, and Innovation. He has served in various boards,
as active contributor to these areas. He lives with his wife and their two kids in Copenhagen.
In his leisure time, he loves reading books, listening to music, and teaching.

Customers and partners have valued his 30 years’ of experience in the ICT industry in various regions of Nordic / Europe, India and Middle East.
Held various positions of responsibility in Technical Support, Product launches, Systems support & Integration IT systems, Airlines & Hotel Networks and Managed services with
Over 3000 employees work for Nordic customers for L&T Infotech.
Created partnerships with local businesses in various countries.
Active member of trade bodies in the Nordic region.
Søren Holm Johansen, Executive Director, Rambøll Group A/S
Søren has extensive top management experience based on more than 10 years as member of Ramboll’s Executive Board, incl. 5 years as Managing Director of Ramboll Denmark A/S, having more than 1700 employees.
Since 2008, he has been responsible for the Market dimension at Group level having responsibility for Ramboll’s Global Practices for Oil/Gas, Energy and Management Consulting. SHJ is also responsible at Group level for New Markets which includes Middle East and India. Moreover, SHJ is responsible for Rambolls Knowledge management activities at Group level.
Søren comes with Extensive international experience (living in Belgium for 3 years and in India for more than 3 years). He is a member of several national and international board of directors, incl. Rambolls subsidiaries in India, Russia (until 2012), and Middle East.
He has been chairman of Federation of Danish Consulting Eng. for 3 years and a member of central Board of Conf. of Danish Industry for last 3 years. He is also chairman of the association of Knowledge industry in Denmark.
Marianne Balling Kiil, Head of Section, The Ministry of Foreign Affairs
Marianne Balling is currently head of section, South Asia in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Denmark. Marianne Balling has been desk officer for India for the past 6 years in the Foreign Office and responsible for bilateral relations, economic diplomacy and regional issues in South Asia. She has previously been posted to the Danish EU-representation in Brussels and at the EU agency in Vienna.
Jacob Kjeldsen, Director, DI
Jacob Kjeldsen joined Confederation of Danish Industry (DI) in 1997, and has since then been working with business development for member companies in emerging countries. In 2010, he was appointed Director of DI International Business Development (DIBD), with the responsibility of all DIBD activities worldwide, including Business-to-Business and partnerships with Business Membership Organizations.
Jacob Kjeldsen is a member of the board in DIBD A/S and subsidiaries in China, India, Russia, and the US.
Carsten Riisberg Lund, Managing Director & CEO, Country Head of India, FLSmidth A/S
Carsten Riisberg Lund is currently Managing Director & CEO, Country Head of India since January 2015 with overall responsibility for all FLSmidth activities in India. This is the largest FLSmidth entity with 2 main project offices, 3 sales offices as well as 3 large production units across India employing altogether more than 3700 people.
Carsten’s 26 years career track has taken him through varied experiences;
Started his career with FLSmidth in 1998 and after years of extensive traveling as a field engineer and project manager Carsten moved into line management. His leadership roles included Head of Global Technology and Products, CEO of FLSmidth Airtech, Global ERP Director responsible for developing global systems and organization.
Prior to his current position, Carsten was President of Material Handling Division and Group Executive Vice President with responsibility to define and implement the overall strategic direction & global approach for the turnaround of this division. This included a significant growth of FLSmidth units in the BRIC countries.
Carsten is 53 years Danish citizen with B.Sc. in Mechanical and Process Engineering and holds an Executive MBA from SIMI, Scandinavian Int. Management Institute. He holds Board Positions inside, as well as in companies outside FLSmidth.
Mandeep Singh Rathour, Lawyer & Partner, BACH Advokater
Mandeep is a Danish corporate lawyer and a partner of BACH Lawfirm. Mandeep has over 15 years of experience with negotiations and disputes regarding delivery and long-term co-operation contracts, involving complex and cutting-edge IT, telecommunications, technology products and services, business processes, some heavy industry and other commercial matters within a variety of industries (pharma, finance, production, etc.). Apart from working with some of the largest Danish companies in Denmark, he has worked with deals in India, Switzerland and Saudi Arabia, which did not involve any Danish parties, has worked closely with teams of the leading consultancy companies with the financial, technical and legal structuring of the deals and negotiations, and has been involved in deals and negotiations with participants from all over the world.
Anil Sharma, Indian Embassy, Honorary Member of the Board
Anil has been following the India-Denmark business relations closely in the past 10 years and has been active in promoting these relations and the Danish investments in India and Indian investments in Denmark. Through his dealings, commercial and non-commercial, he has obtained an extensive and practical insight and intuition of navigating in not only commercially but also culturally/politically sensitive waters.
