Søren has extensive top management experience based on more than 10 years as member of Ramboll's Executive Board, incl. 5 years as Managing Director of Ramboll Denmark A/S, having more than 1700 employees. Since 2008, he has been responsible for the Market dimension at Group level having responsibility for Ramboll's Global Practices for Oil/Gas, Energy and Management Consulting. Søren is also responsible at Group level for New Markets which includes Middle East and India. Moreover, Søren is responsible for Rambolls Knowledge management activities at Group level. Søren comes with extensive international experience (living in Belgium for 3 years and in India for more than 3 years). He is a member of several national and international board of directors, incl. Rambolls subsidiaries in India, Russia (until 2012), and Middle East. He has been chairman of Federation of Danish Consulting Eng. for 3 years and a member of central Board of Conf. of Danish Industry for last 3 years. He is also chairman of the association of Knowledge industry in Denmark.

Ruchikar Dalela heads the Denmark region for Tata Consultancy Services. He has been based in Europe since 2006, and has previously handled responsibilities in project execution, delivery management, key account & sales management, and general management functions. One of his focus areas in Denmark is fostering client relationships. After completing his degree in Electronics engineering in 1998, Ruchikar joined Tata as a technology specialist, and subsequently moved on to do different roles. He authored a white paper in 2004 on applying theory of constraints to manage complex projects. Ruchikar moved to Copenhagen in 2016, and has lived previously in Helsinki, Paris, Amsterdam, Vienna, Cupertino, and Mumbai. His general areas of interest include Education, and Innovation. He has served in various boards, as active contributor to these areas. He lives with his wife and their two kids in Copenhagen. In his leisure time, he loves reading books, listening to music, and teaching.

Mandeep is a Danish corporate lawyer and a partner of BACH Lawfirm. Mandeep has over 15 years of experience with negotiations and disputes regarding delivery and long-term co-operation contracts, involving complex and cutting-edge IT, telecommunications, technology products and services, business processes, some heavy industry and other commercial matters within a variety of industries (pharma, finance, production, etc.). John H. Ruolngul
Counsellor, Embassy of India, Copenhagen
John, currently posted as Counsellor at the Embassy of India in Copenhagen, has handled various responsibilities in various Indian Missions. His previous assignments have included handling administration, consular, political, accounts and commercial work in Indian Missions in Rabat, Milano, Maputo, Tokyo and Hanoi. Apart from handling administration in his last assignment in Hanoi, Vietnam, he was the Commercial Officer responsible for trade and commercial relations between India and Vietnam.
Jacob Kjeldsen joined Confederation of Danish Industry (DI) in 1997, and has since then been working with business development for member companies in emerging countries. In 2010, he was appointed Director of DI International Business Development (DIBD), with the responsibility of all DIBD activities worldwide, including Business-to-Business and partnerships with Business Membership Organizations. Jacob Kjeldsen is a member of the board in DIBD A/S and subsidiaries in China, India, Russia, and the US.

Lars has been with Alfa Laval since 2004, starting as a Standard Systems Manager, Engineering & Supply Global in Denmark. In 2006 Lars moved to Shanghai where he held different leadership positions in Alfa Laval until 2011 where he took over as Head of Corporate Development, Asia in Hong Kong. In 2014 Lars relocated to Pune, India, to take up the position as COO and subsequent Managing Director of Alfa Laval India. Lars has been in his current position since 2017.

Thomas holds an MA in History, and for the last 20 years he has been working with branding, design and communication for a large range of Denmarks top companies. For the last seven years Thomas has also worked on the Indian subcontinent with various clients across different industries. The work has covered areas like employer branding, brand strategies and communication, campaigns, video and more. Stereo Associates is present in Bangalore too, and from here Thomas and team covers most of India. In 2010 he wrote the book India – the worlds next superpower (in Danish), Thomas has written on India for a number of Danish newspaper and he’s often on radio and tv speakning on current India affairs.

Marianne occupies the function as Senior Consultant at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, focusing on all aspects of bilateral relations between India and Denmark. Marianne has extensive and broad-ranging international experiences from the Danish Foreign Service since 1997. This covers a wide spectrum of foreign policy issues, development as well as trade and commercial issues, and includes two bilateral postings. Before joining the Ministry of Foreign Affairs Marianne has held a post at the United Nations Country Office in New Delhi, India. Marianne has a master degree in political science from Aarhus University.
