Expanding your sales to India can be challenging – due to different laws, languages and cultural differences across the states.
At this IDCC Roundtable we will focus on B2B sales in India. Some of the issues we will discuss are: How do you identify the decision maker and how many can be involved in the decision committee? How do you navigate with “red tape”, bureaucracy and corruption? How can you prepare your company or products for the Indian market? How do you find a local distribution partner? What differences can you meet between the states and what impact can they have?
You will meet IDCC members who will share their experiences on how they have tackled challenges during the B2B sales process.
All participants are invited to participate in the discussions. The Roundtable will be organized in a closed setting under Chatham House Rule. This Roundtable is free to IDCC-members and by invitation to first-time guests who consider membership.
