Lunch meeting with Mr. Bharat Lal: Investment opportunities in India - Harmonizing Climate Change and Human Rights

This is a rare opportunity to interact with one of India's premier thinkers and policy makers - and to learn about India's priorities for the next five years. Mr. Bharat Lal has been a close advisor to Prime Minister Narendra Modi since he was Chief Minister in the state of Gujarat. Mr. Lal has since been spearheading Modi's flagship water reform programme, the 'Jal Jeevan Mission', alongside other pivotal tasks, such as managing the Covid-19 pandemic in India.

He currently holds the position as Secretary General for India's National Human Rights Commission but has simultaneously been tasked with drafting the government's strategy plan for the next five years. There will be served a light lunch during the meeting, which will take place in Danfoss new and recently inaugurated facilities in Copenhagen.
