• Election of the chairman of the meeting

• The Board's report on the affairs of the IDCC

• Presentation and adoption of the audited annual accounts •

• Election of management, including Chairman of the Board & Members of the Board

• Election of the auditor

• Proposals received

• Any other business

13.00-14.00: India-EU relations - and its impact on Denmark and the Danish private sector
