HR Network – The Great X in India

The Great X in India

LOCATION: ONLINE ON TEAMS

Is your organization experiencing significant attrition challenges in India? Then you are not alone.

A recent survey by Michael Page India shows that 38% of respondents have only been in their current jobs for not more than two years. And that 86% of respondents will be looking for new career opportunities within the next six months. Many companies experience talent shortage, talent retention challenges and significant increases in salaries. Some examples are new employees never showing up - or employees that leave the company for a few months, only to come back with demands for a significant pay raise. Talent shortage can really hamper growth while long-term increases in salaries can significantly reduce the business case for India as an offshoring location.

As such, we are happy to have Michael Page India join us in this session to shed light on:

• Why we are seeing these trends in India?

• What the impact is on business?

• What your company can and should do in the current scenario
