Ownership & Governance of Shared Service Centers in India
LOCATION: ONLINE ON TEAMS
Join us for the first session of IDCCs new Knowledge Network on Shared Service Centers in India:
Ownership & Governance of Shared Service Centers in India - October 13th at 9.00 am CET – on Teams.
More and more companies are adopting a shared services model in India. The objectives and complexities of these shared services centers vary from company to company. For some, it is an effort to centralize and streamline regional support functions such as IT, HR and legal. For others the SSC include more strategic and value-adding processes, such as engineering and R&D. Some companies develop global business service centers, where both supportive and strategic processes are centralized in India to support all markets across the organization.
In this new network, we gather peers from across a wide range of members to discuss challenges and opportunities and share best practices related to SSCs in India.
Launch program:
09.00-09.10: Welcome and round of introduction – Mads Schlosser, Director, IDCC
