The Future of Shared Services

The Future of Shared Services – Online on Teams

Agenda

1. What is the future of shared services?

2. How can smaller companies approach a shared services model?

Shared Services have gone through a significant development. While it used to be a model primarily focused to cut down on costs by fulfilling routine processes, shared services today often solve the company’s significant business problems and thus play a strategically important role for the company’s global business. To accommodate this new role, shared service providers have begun to utilize automation-enabled technology, artificial intelligence, machine learning, deep data analytics and much more.

A shared services model can be approached in different ways. Some companies prefer having an internal shared service model while others prefer to outsource it. But what are your options as a smaller company?

We are happy to have L&T and Deloitte join us to answer these and any of your questions on March 15th, 9.00 am - 10 am - Online on Teams.
